Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

•BB Food: the company operated by CS Food Experience B.V., located at Penningweg 3B, 49879AE Etten-Leur, The Netherlands.

•Customer: any natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with BB Food.

•Products: all food items and related products offered by BB Food.

•Agreement: any purchase agreement between BB Food and the Customer.

•Terms: these Terms and Conditions.

2. Applicability

2.1 These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of BB Food.

2.2 By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms.

2.3 Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by BB Food.

2.4 BB Food reserves the right to modify these Terms.

3. Offers and Agreements

3.1 All offers are non-binding.

3.2 An agreement is concluded when:

•the Customer places an order

•payment has been completed

•and the Customer receives an order confirmation email

3.3 BB Food may refuse orders in case of doubt about payment or data.

3.4 Obvious errors (e.g. incorrect pricing) are not binding.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices are in euros and include VAT.

4.2 Shipping costs are stated separately.

4.3 Payment must be made in advance using the available payment methods.

5. Delivery

5.1 BB Food aims to deliver within the indicated timeframe.

5.2 Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.

5.3 Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

5.4 The Customer will be informed in case of delays.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

6.1 Perishable goods (food products) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6.2 Non-perishable products may be returned within 14 days if:

•unopened

•undamaged

•in original packaging

6.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

6.4 Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the return.

7. Complaints and Warranty

7.1 BB Food guarantees the quality of its products.

7.2 Complaints must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.

7.3 In case of valid complaints, BB Food will provide:

•replacement

•or refund

7.4 Damage caused by improper use is excluded from warranty.

8. Liability

8.1 BB Food is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8.2 Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

8.3 BB Food is not liable for allergic reactions if ingredients are correctly stated.

9. Food Safety

9.1 The Customer is responsible for proper storage after delivery.

9.2 Products must be stored and used according to instructions.

9.3 BB Food complies with applicable food safety regulations.

10. Privacy

10.1 BB Food processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.

10.2 Data is used for:

•order processing

•customer service

•(optional) marketing

10.3 The Customer has the right to access, correct, or delete personal data.

12. Applicable Law

12.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

12.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

13. Use at Own Risk

13.1 All use of products purchased from BB Food is entirely at the Customer’s own risk.

13.2 The Customer is responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings, and usage guidelines stated on the product packaging before use.

13.3 BB Food shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use or failure to follow the provided instructions
