Shipping & Return Responsibilities
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
In the event that a refund is issued (for example, due to an approved complaint or error by BB Food), the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed, unless explicitly agreed otherwise by BB Food.
2. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is exceptionally accepted by BB Food (for example in case of non-perishable items or approved complaints), the Customer will be responsible for:
•All return shipping costs
•Any additional handling or customs fees (if applicable)
These costs will not be reimbursed, unless the return is due to an error on the part of BB Food.
3. Refund Deductions
If a refund is granted, BB Food reserves the right to:
•Deduct the original shipping costs
•Deduct any additional costs incurred (e.g. failed delivery, return handling, or damage)
Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.
4. Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without prior written notification and approval from BB Food will not be accepted.
Such products may be:
•Refused upon delivery, or
•Sent back to the Customer at the Customer’s expense
BB Food is not responsible for any costs or losses associated with unauthorized returns.
5. Customer Liability During Return
All returned products remain under the full responsibility and risk of the Customer until they have been received and inspected by BB Food at our facility.
This includes risks such as:
•Loss or theft during transit
•Damage during shipping
•Delays or failed deliveries
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning any items.
6. Condition of Returned Products
If a return is approved, products must:
•Be unused and unopened (where applicable)
•Be in original packaging
•Be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport
If products arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging, BB Food reserves the right to:
•Refuse the return
•Deduct any loss in value from the refund
7. Inspection and Approval

BB Food reserves the right to determine whether:
•The return meets the conditions
•A refund or replacement will be issued
This decision will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws.
