Return Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, BB Food does not accept returns on food items.
All products sold by BB Food are considered perishable goods, which are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable European and Dutch consumer laws.
2. Legal Basis
In accordance with EU consumer legislation and regulations enforced by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
•Perishable goods
•Food products with a limited shelf life
•Items that cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons
As a result, once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defects or errors (see Section 4).
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
•Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible via email:
info@bbfood.nl
•If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
BB Food reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order is already in preparation or transit.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is:
•Incorrect
•Damaged
•Defective
•Or missing
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@bbfood.nl.
Please include:
•Your order number
•A clear description of the issue
•Photos of the product (if applicable)
If your claim is valid, BB Food will offer one of the following solutions:
•Replacement of the product
•Partial or full refund
5. Customer Responsibility
Once the order has been delivered:
•The Customer is responsible for proper storage and handling of the products
•Products must be stored according to the instructions on the packaging
BB Food is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
•All food and beverage products
•Opened or used items
•Products with broken seals (if applicable)
